Warranty & Care information

12-MONTH WARRANTY

Soda products are supplied with a warranty on any manufacturing or material defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our policy is to provide a repair or replacement, otherwise a full refund in the case of sold out stock.

If an issue arises, please start by emailing us with further details, photos and an order number or proof of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover against wear and tear, which could include scratches, pressure breaks or exposure to excessive heat. 

 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SHADES

To keep your favourite pair of glasses in their best condition we recommend always storing them in the soft pouch provided. Keep them away from harsh chemicals or environments where temperatures may exceed 50 degrees celsius (i.e in direct sunlight on your car dashboard) as this may interfere with the lens and acetate finish. 

Although we use lock-tight screws and every care is taken to ensure screws remain tight, they're likely to loosen with the regular act of opening and closing of the arms. To keep your shades in shape, regularly check the screws aren’t loose and avoid wearing them on top of your head. You’ll need a small screwdriver to gently tighten the arms.
