International

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

  • Please double-check your shipping address—SODA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • We’ll do our best to update order details, but once your order is processed, you may need to contact the delivery service directly for any changes.

  • All customs, import duties, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. SODA does not cover these charges, and parcels cannot be returned to sender. 

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns on full-priced items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns must be sent within 15 days of the recorded delivery date.

At this time, we offer refunds only. If you’d like to exchange an item, please place a new order.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable

  • Sale items, flash promotions, and gift-with-purchase items are final sale (unless faulty)
